The only grievance of the petitioner is that Ceiling Appeal bearing Ceiling Appeal no. 5/2001 is pending in the court of respondent no.2, the Collector, East Champaran since, last 15 years but up till now, the aforesaid appeal has not been disposed of. Petitioner has prayed before this court for issuance of direction to respondent no.2 to dispose of the above stated Ceiling Appeal no. 5/2001 in accordance with law within a prescribed period. This writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.2, the Collector, East Champaran, to dispose of Ceiling
