JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.4.2015 in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.393 of 2012 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324 and 307 of the I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused of giving sword blow causing several injuries on the person of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.4.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. From perusal of Annexure-2 it would appear that injury caused is simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.393 of 2012.
