JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Goraul P. S. Case No. 253 of 2016 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the institution of the case after more than 10 years of the execution of the scheme and that too on suspicion, the petitioner, who is a government servant, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in Goraul P.
