The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case that informant got his statement that on 01.11.2020 at about 2.30 P.M., he was watering his field at that time scuffle took place between Karu Bhuian and Vikash Sao. He went to pacify the matter. Vikash Sao called four person through mobile phone. All accused persons assaulted the informant, due to which he sustained

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is a case and counter case and in respect of injury sustained by the informant, X-ray was done. From perusal of X-ray report, doctor has opined that no bony lesions seen which is annexed with this petition. Moreover, the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
