The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 496 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 308, 354B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13066 of 2020 on 24.07.2020. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4488 of 2021(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 496 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
