The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession two country made pistols are said to have been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 07.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
