Although petitioner is said to be caught on the spot where illegal fire arm factory was being run but admittedly, nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil P.S.
