2. The petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36731 of 2025.

3. Considering the bar contained in Section 362 Cr.P.C. and similar provision contained in Section 403 of B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present modification application with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
