JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 This is the second attempt for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31066 of 2015. It is a case of rape cum murder. On the confession of the petitioner a broken mobile set of the deceased was recovered. From the full-pant of the petitioner blood stain was also found.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that it is a heinous crime committed by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any fresh material to consider the bail application of the petitioner, same is rejected.
