The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death.
Submission is that the police has submitted charge sheet under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no eyewitness of the occurrence of murder. Only material is suspicion against the petitioner. The petitioner is a female and she is in custody since 25.09.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16995 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.272 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
