The learned senior counsel submits that since the proceeding has been initiated, petitioner be given liberty for availing appropriate remedies under Rule 9 (7) or Rule 10 (1) of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 (for brevity 'the Bihar CCA Rules ,2005')
