The present modification application has been filed seeking modification in the cause title of the order dated 08.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36159 of 2022 as there is a typographical error in father's name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause title is as per the pleadings made in the anticipatory bail application i.e., Md. Mahfooz Alam @ Md. Mahafooz Alam @ Nanhe Son of Late Mehmood Ali @ Saddi Resident of village - Awapur, P.S.- Pupri, District - Sitamarhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Mahafooz Alam @ Nanhe Son of Late Mahmood Alam @ Saddi Resident of Village - Awapur, P.S.- Pupri, Distt.- Sitamarhi. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 08.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36159 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
