The petitioner is accused in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 830 of 2014, registered under Sections 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Raj Kumar Sah, except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.03.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19291 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 830 of 2014.
