The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the deceased stated that his sister was married to Ram Karan Yadav in the year 1999, but on 03.08.2012 he got information that his sister was done to death and her dead body was disposed of. The petitioner is father-in-law. Submission is that during 13 years of the marriage of the sister of the informant the informant did not complain about ill-treatment. The informant has made omnibus and general allegation against the father-in-law. Sister-in-law of the deceased has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.
