Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,406,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of N.I.Act.

The cheque which the petitioner had drawn in favour of the complainant bounced. Hence, the present case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2017. Petitioner is ready to pay the cheque amount after release from custody.

In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14482 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.374 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the cheque amount within six months from date of release, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
