It appears that except criminal antecedent of six cases as well as confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was remanded in the aforesaid cases which had been registered against unknown persons.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur
