Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 120(B), 387, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. The petitioner allegedly fired causing injury at the left shoulder of the informant. Doctor has found the circular hole. Petitioner is in custody since 15.08.2017. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Baniyapur Police Station Case No.33 of 2016 (corresponding to
