The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 110/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370(1), 372, 373 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police raided the house of the petitioner and others at Village Janakpur Dham P.S. and District Arwal and from the house of the petitioner three women were recovered. It is alleged that the petitioner has kept the women for flesh business. All the recovered victims are major. Petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
