Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.09.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3061 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.
