2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 ( B ) and 34 of Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. As per prosecution case , informant namely Kalam alleged that his daughter was married to one Md. Dilshad three years ago and at the time of marriage , informant gave cash , motorcycle and other utensils and soon after the marriage , she was subjected to cruelty and torture by all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry . It is further alleged that all the F.I.R., named

5 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner is fahter-in -law of the deceased. He is simply victim of over implication . He is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of couple . It is further orally submitted that husband of deceased has already surrendered and is in custody since 22.05.2025 and also the regular bail of the husband of the deceased is pending in this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50179 of 2025 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Purnea in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down
