JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Kanti P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-304B/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he used to torture his wife for demand of dowry. The informant has alleged that the petitioner went to Sasural on 04-01-2017 and made demand of motorcycle from the informant and has given threat to the informant of dire consequences if the demand is not fulfilled. It is alleged that the informant learnt that his daughter has been done to death in her Sasural and her dead body has been made to disappear. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory
