Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51250 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but in the anticipatory bail petition it was mentioned as 'Additional Sessions Judge-XXVI, Patna in place of SDJM, Patna which was accordingly typed in the said order. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45510 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 allowed and the time granted by order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51250 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today and in place of Additional Sessions Judge-XXVI, Patna, it shall be read as 'SDJM Patna'. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51250 of 2021.

The order dated 21.06.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
