One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.01.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016.
