The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barabar Prayatan/Tourism (Bishunganj O.P.) P.S. Case No.67 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that vehicle bearing Registration No.BR-01-GF-6545 met with an accident in which Rampreet Chaudhry got two injuries due to rash and negligence of the driver of the vehicle. The vehicle owner wanted to take the vehicle from police station but due to protest by the villagers, they did not succeed in their plan and they attacked on the police force. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.401 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 petitioner are named in the FIR but specific allegation against the petitioner is that the villagers made genuine protest but the vehicle owner wanted to take the vehicle and thus police instituted the case. Awdhesh Chaudhry has already been granted anticipatory bail. The case is compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Barabar Prayatan/Tourism (Bishunganj O.P.) P.S. Case No.67 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
