The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than five and a half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.
