Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273, 328 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 47A of the Excise Act.
In huge quantity country made liquor is said to have been recovered from Dharamshala and petitioners were caught while they were trying to flee from the place of recovery. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 1.3.2016.
Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the
