JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.24 of 2017, registered under Sections 323, 379, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner earlier had moved for anticipatory bail and the same was rejected. Now the petitioner renews the prayer for anticipatory bail for the reason that the he suffers from some mental illness and gets unconscious and this fact was not earlier brought to the notice of the Court while moving the first application though the said ground was already available at that time.

Be that as it may, the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.24 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.587 of 2018 (3) dt.24-01-2018 2 /2 2017, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga with a direction to surrender and seek regular bail and the health condition of the petitioner may be considered by the court below in accordance with law.
