2. The petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, for making payment of his retiral dues in accordance with law. Learned counsel has relied upon a order/judgment dated 08.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 7872 of 2023 (Satyadeo Jha v. The State of Bihar & Ors.). It is

Patna High Court CWJC No.11216 of 2023 dt.22-08-2023 2/2 submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the representation of the petitioner be also disposed of in the light of the said order passed in case of Satyadeo Jha (Supra).

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, must ensure to make payment of all the retiral dues as claimed for by the petitioner in accordance with law in light of the order dated 08.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 7872 of 2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
