Petitioner is said to have lobbed bomb causing injury to the informant and three others.

It is admitted case of the prosecution that alleged occurrence took place due to dispute of cutting of soil. Petitioner is in jail custody since 1.5.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

No doubt, informant sustained one grievous injury and several simple injuries but grievous injury has not been found on vital part of the body. So far other injured are concerned, they have suffered simple injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
