2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 13.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 54610 of 2021.

3. The trial court report reveals that out of six chargesheeted witnesses, one witness has been examined and five witnesses are yet to be examined.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2021, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period
