Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.1.2015 and up till now, he has not been put on TI Parade.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pranav Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dehri, Rohtas/concerned court in Akorigola P.S. Case no. 64/2014.
