Petitioner is accused in connection with S.T. No. 54 of 2016 arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of Vicky Mishra as detailed in paragraph no.20 of the case diary. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2015.

No.19417 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No. 54 of 2016 arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No.24 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
