JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.08.2014 on the accusation that he as well as others gave dagger blows to informant and others. It appears that altogether three persons sustained injury and out of them one injured sustained grievous injury on his hand.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in
