Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414,120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol, one live cartridge and one mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and for the aforesaid act, petitioner is in jail custody since 31.12.2015. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in Motipur P.S.
