Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners apprehend their his arrest in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case relates to dowry death of the informant's daughter namely Rafida Khatoon, aged about 35 years, due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the deceased was married with co-accused Azad Mansoor before 10 years ago. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3405 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the daily activity of the deceased and her husband Azad Mansoor. The petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and both are old age.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest of surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
