Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)s/26/35 Arms and 8/20(b)(i), 25/29/NDPS Act. Petitioner is a school teacher and the recovery of 500 gm ganja is from the house of Sundar Yadav.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a Government servant, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59351 of 2021(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions cum Special Judge Nalanda in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
