====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 379, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

As per FIR, the petitioner caused injury to the mother of the informant.

Injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection
