Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant has nowhere claimed that she had seen the petitioner in the company of deceased, prior to her death rather she stated that the deceased disclosed the name of petitioner and others at the time of leaving home and subsequently, her dead body was recovered. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2601-2016 and the investigation against her, appears to have already been completed.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20895 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baligaon P.S.
