Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 189, 307, 353, 124A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act as well as Section 17 of the C.C.A.Act. It appears that co-accused Naurangi Bhuiyan, who is also named in the FIR has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. The period of detention of Naurangi Bhuiyan was also considered by the Court. Petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18653 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 the charge or completion of six months of custody whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Deo Police Station Case No.42 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
