The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged all the accused persons including the petitioner surrounded the son of the informant when it is alleged against this petitioner that he stabbed the son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58716 of 2021(3) dt.19-07-2022 2/3 petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The son of the informant received injuries in some other incidence and taking advantage of the injuries, this false case has been registered against the petitioner since the petitioner was demanding his money back from the informant which was given by the father of petitioner. The injury report of the injured suggests that injury's size is 1" x 1/8" sustained in the abdomen. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection
