This is an application for regular bail in connection with Chhatauni P. S. Case No. 194 of 2017, G. R. Case No. 4783 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B, 384 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of demanding ransom amount of Rs. 5 lacs from Dr. Chandrashu Kumar from his mobile.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion only and he is in custody since 1.8.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15093 of 2018(3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, in connection with Chhatauni P. S. Case No. 194 of 2017, G. R. No. 4783 of 2017.
