2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 328 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 13.12.2023 when he was coming to his house after closing the shop, Manish Mishra and Archit Das (the petitioner herein) intercepted him damaged the Apachee motorcycle with 'danda' of the informant whereas Manish Mishra stabbed him with knife at his abdomen and snatched Rs. 27,200/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

The specific allegation is against Manish Mishra, who stabbed the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner of damaging the motorcycle and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- 3, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 328 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
