Case No. 134 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Section 366/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter-in-law Rijwana Begum is traceless since 18.12.2013 at about 10.00 A.M. His son Khurshid Alam live at Delhi for livelihood. The informant was understanding that his daughter-inlaw went to Delhi to her husband then the informant asked from his son about his daughter-in-law. He replied that she has not come there. No.12062 of 2015 (4) dt.09-06-2015 2 / 3 villagers Murtaja informed to the informant that he has seen Rijwana Begum on Chhauradano Railway Station alongwith Manjarul Haque, Rabina and Sabina. The son of Manjarul Haque Amajad @ Chhotu and Rijwana Khatoon have seen entering into the Train on Chhauradano Railway Station and their family member of Amajad were present there to see of them. It appears that they have kidnapped to his daughter-in-law Rijwana Begum and his daughter-in-law Rijwana Khatoon has also taken golden ornaments of Rs. 90,000/- and cash Rs. 11,000/- and cloth from her house. The informant contacted on Mobile No. 7277889814 belongs to Chhotai @ Amajad. That Mobile was switched of.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case out of dirty village politics. It has further been pointed out vide Annexure-2 by which other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28665 of 2014 dated 10.07.2014. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is directly involved in the present case. Considering the fact that other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
