Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with others assaulted the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Charpokhri P.S.
