JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 This is renewal of prayer of anticipatory bail which was refused to the petitioner in Cr.Misc. No.24756 of 2017 in Kharagpur P.S.Case No.11 of 2017 for the reason that the petitioner had caused injury at the head of Laddun @ Mahfooz. For renewal of the prayer learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case and the petitioner's side sustained grievous injuries at the instance of the informant and others. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail is again rejected, However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail who shall pass necessary order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this
