JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the except for suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail but he has not been able to convince this Court.

Accordingly, this application for regular bail is

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge in not framed as yet on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-X, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022. The petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the Court below. If the petitioner tries to delay the trial, the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/- U T
