JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 Learned counsel Mr. Jitendra Kumar for the petitioner submitted that in view of the decision of (2008) 2 Supreme Court Cases 660 State of Punjab and another Vs. Jalour Singh and others, he may be permitted to add Article 226 of the Constitution of India, so that this application may be heard as regular writ petition.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to add Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

So far this Bench is concerned, this Bench has been assigned to hear the Civil Miscellaneous cases, arising out of the orders passed by the Civil Courts only. Lok Adalats are not Civil Courts, therefore, the office shall list this application before appropriate Bench, according to roster, after obtaining leave of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
