2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 10.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 18134 of 2025 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender, as the said petition stood dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks and make a prayer for regular bail.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, this petition is allowed and further eight weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court where the case is pending and make a prayer for regular bail.
