Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.159 of 2019 / 09 of 2019 arising out of Deo P.S. Case No.155 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code, Sections 16, 17, 18, 20, 38, 40 of the UPA Act and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosives Substance Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. His name has come in the written report merely on suspicion.
It is mentioned in the written report by the informant that he learnt from local people the name of petitioner and other 41 persons, who are involved in the commission of offence.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Aurangabad, in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.155 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
