Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.02.2015 on the accusation that one country made katta and three live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that prior to institution of this case, only one case had been registered against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.O.H.
